Sorry for the late post, I finally got the chance to look further into what is going to be airing this summer. From what I can tell, it is going to be another interesting season. Please note: I did not make this chart, this chart is provided by Chart Fag. All credit for the making of this chart goes to them.

Well, there are some notable series that seem to be coming out. So far, I seem to be interested in all of the following: Ookami-san to Shichinin, Amagami SS, Sekirei Pure Engagement, Seitokai Yakuindomo, High School of the Dead, Strike Witches 2, and Asobi ni Iku Yo. I will look into the others, but this seems to be the list of what I will watch and probably blog on. Please note, I may change what is blogged on here, but I will not start blogging a series halfway. Once I post on the first episode I will decide if I am going to continue to blog that series or not.

Ookami-San to Shichinin

This series so far looks awesome. After viewing the first episode, it seems like it is going to be a good one to watch. I have seen a few people claim that this might be the Anime of the summer, but we will see. So far, everything sounds really good. I really just might fall in love with the image of Ookami with the cat shaped boxing gloves. Its just too awesome!

Amagami SS

I have watched the first episode, and I must say it is interesting. It being based on a Playstation 2 Sim game, has me doubting what will happen. My only hope is that it will take a Clannad like approach and not just go with 4 episode arcs where everything resets at the end. If they can pull this off well, it has everything it needs to compete with Ookami-San for best of the summer.

Sekirei ~Pure Engagement~

I have already checked out the pre-release episode 1 of this sequel to the first series. I am kind of iffy on if I am going to actively follow this series, mostly because the overly grown boob size just turns me off. Nonetheless, if its anything like the first season, it should still turn out fairly well. I must say though, the opening of the first episode seems like it is going to prove to show up at some point in the series. I am very curious as to what it was all about.

I will probably be watching this and there is a decent chance I will blog this.

Seitokai Yakuindomo

This series, I am going into without any expectations. It is kind of going to be a dive-in and see what happens. However, I do like the idea of a boy getting thrown in the middle of a bunch of girls. I am definitely going to check out this series and hopefully it will turn out as something worth watching.

I will probably be watching this and there is a good chance I will blog this.

High School of the Dead

I still have yet to read the manga of this, but everything I have heard says this might have a fight for being a very good show. I have quite a high expectation set for this series since everyone keeps saying it is fairly good. A look at the synopsis and it does seem quite interesting. I am hoping to have read the manga series before the series airs so I can have an idea of what I am going to be watching. This series is definitely going to be awesome if everyone was right when they told me it would be good.

There is a high chance I will watch this and a good chance I will blog this.

Strike Witches 2

Well, I just have to watch this series. I watched the first series when it aired and now that there is a second one, I cant help but not watch the panty-shot filled series. I know there has been some controversy over them not wearing pants, but who honestly cares? If you don’t like the panty shots, DONT WATCH IT. As for the series, I am curious to see what they are going to do for a plot. I know they are going to come up with something good!

Asobi ni Iku Yo

I really don’t have much to say about this one. The cat ears kind of attracted my attention and so I have decided to check it out on a whim. Hopefully I wont be disappointed

That about sums up what I will be watching. I will try and check out a few of the other series, but from what I can see none of them seem like my kind of thing. But, I cannot say yes or no until I actually watch the series. So look forward to this summer! It should be a blast!
