According to ANN, Sho-comi magazine has announced that J.C. Staff is to animate a DVD to be included in the 9th volume of Kyou, Koi o Hajimenmasu Shoujo romance manga due out this summer. Additional details such as casting have not been announced.

Plot: Tsubaki Hibino, a girl who is indifferent to both romance and fashion, even though she loves giving other people adorable hairstyles. On the first day of high school, she happened to sit next to Kyōta, a mean-spirited boy who teases her. In retaliation, she spontaneously pulls out scissors and cuts off his long tresses of hair. Thus begins the long love-hate relationship between Tsubaki and Kyōta.

I have been following Kyou, Koi o Hajimemasu for well over a year now, almost since it first came out, and am kind of interested in seeing what they do for this DVD anime. I think it may be quite popular so I look forward to seeing it. With J.C. Staff doing it, I look forward to it even more.

Wow. I am really looking forward to seeing this. I have been following the manga for over a year now and this news is the kind of thing I like to hear. I will be looking forward to the Anime when it comes out which looks like it will be ready for the fall, unless they are really pushing for it and might get it by the summer. Either way, I look forward to seeing this series just as much as I looked forward to seeing Kaichou wa Maid-sama this season!

It is that time of year again. All those winter Anime shows are wrapping up which means it is almost time to move onto spring. Many series will be ending next week and the new stuff will start the following week. To the left is the usual chat created by ChartFag. This list of course, does not 100% reflect everything that will be showing, but does capture the major things that will be airing. As usual with spring, there is a lot of things coming out.
